For the most recent decade in advance of launching Melon Search, Giles led searches and helped scale entrepreneurial search firms from the inside. This included in his roles as Client Partner with Candidate Labs, Vice President Executive Search with StevenDouglas and Partner with True.

Earlier experience includes:

Four years in investment banking as a Managing Director with Progress Partners working largely with early stage digital media businesses on M&A and private placement engagements.

Fifteen years as a buy-side equity analyst both in a long/short model as well as in a long only one.
